Suzuki Australia proudly announces the promotion of Gavin Rolfe to National Service Operations Manager – Automobile, effective immediately.

In his new role, Gavin will report directly to the General Manager of Automobiles, Michael Pachota. He will lead a team dedicated to managing and administering the relationship between Suzuki’s Dealer Network and Suzuki Customers nationally.

His responsibilities include ensuring that all service operations align with Suzuki’s approved policies and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency. Gavin’s extensive expertise will also be pivotal in developing strategies to improve service throughput, customer retention and satisfaction, and dealer profitability.

Most recently, Gavin served as a District Aftersales Manager in the Southern Region, where he was responsible for aftersales operations and providing essential product and organisational support to Suzuki’s Dealer Network in his respective region. During his six-year tenure in this position, he focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, improving dealer profitability, and ensuring that Suzuki’s aftersales operations adhered to the highest standards as expected by Suzuki customers.

Before his role as Aftersales Manager, Gavin spent three years as a Service and Technical Advisor – Automobiles. In this capacity, he provided national-level technical product support, ensuring that repair quality standards were met, and that Suzuki’s service policies were consistently upheld across all dealerships.
