Suzuki Australia has paused all sales on Jimny 3 Door Automatic variants.
The pause will be effective from 19th January 2023, until further notice.
Jimny 3 Door Manual transmission in LITE and GLX back orders are not at the same level as Automatic transmission back orders so sales can continue for these models.
Two-tone colour options have also been very popular and because of fewer two-tones being available from production, dealers have been asked to review their colour preferences with their customers to see if switching to single-tone colours is an option to expedite delivery for customers.
Suzuki Australia General Manager – Automobile, Mr. Michael Pachota said this pause on sales was inevitable.
"Jimny 3 Door Automatic transmission back orders are through the roof and growing daily! As such, based on forecasts with production versus order bank, we had no choice but to put a pause on taking orders for this variant"
An update on when sales will resume for this variant will be issued when available.
