The institutions sign an MOU to create a technology research platform that allows University of Sydney's young talent pool to build real-world applications and digital solutions

New Delhi, May 31st, 2018: Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University of Sydney to create a technology research platform, with an aim to provide experiential learning and collaborative research programs for the young talent pool. 

The MoU shall open avenues for the University of Sydney and Tech Mahindra to collaborate and exchange expertise in common areas of interest, apart from exchange of scholars and internships for the students at Tech Mahindra's research facilities.

This partnership is in continuation of Tech Mahindra's proactive efforts to nurture a digital-future ready talent pool, and in enabling the talent force to develop and be at par with the ongoing industrial developments. In the past, as part of its reskilling initiative, more than 90 per cent of Tech Mahindra's technical employees underwent training in digital familiarization and primary digital skills. Further, over 60 per cent of employees went through an advanced training on digital competencies in areas like Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Networks, Security services.
