Bridgestone's network of stores throughout New Zealand has defended its position as the leading tyre retailer again in 2020, claiming back to back Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards.
The annual Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards are conducted by independent firm, Catalyst, which surveyed a sample of 1,500 New Zealanders across 41 categories, with Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centre locations awarded Gold in the tyre retailer category.
Consumers were asked to rank their experience across criteria such as personalised service, understanding of customers' needs, ease of service, and satisfaction levels, deeming Bridgestone stores to provide the highest level of service across the country.
According to Bridgestone's Director of NZ Business, John Staples, the accolade builds on the company's strong reputation of exceeding customer expectations.
"We're honoured and humbled to be recognised again as New Zealand's leading tyre retailer in the Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards. This accolade recognises the commitment of all our team members around New Zealand and the efforts they put in every day to ensuring our customers are safe and well cared for," Mr Staples said.
"Bridgestone is dedicated to providing products and services that deliver great value, and accolades like the Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards are an indicator that we are succeeding."
Earlier this year, Bridgestone was also voted New Zealand's most trusted tyre brand for an unprecedented fourth consecutive year in the coveted Reader's Digest Most Trusted Brands rankings.
"Thank you to our customers for putting your trust in Bridgestone and our network of Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centre stores," Mr Staples added.
"Our goal is to make your experience simple, hassle free and provide you with peace of mind every step of the way – and we're glad to be living up to this promise."
