Zetland, 1 March, 2019 – Audi Australia has introduced 5-year Service Plans options across the entire Audi range, including high-performance S and RS models. Owners will now be able to extend Audi's benchmark genuine servicing at a considerable saving when they purchase their new Audi.
Audi customers are now able to purchase a 5-year Service Plan when they purchase a new Audi, representing a considerable saving on the cost of scheduled servicing for up to five years or 75,000km.
The new offer gives owners the flexibility to package the cost of servicing into the purchase price of their vehicle if they are using finance, allowing them to manage this cost in regular instalments.
"Ensuring the very best ownership experience for our customers is at the heart of the new 5-year Service Plans," says Jerome Figuiere, Aftersales Director at Audi Australia.
"We know that many of our owners value the peace-of-mind that comes with a packaged service plan, and so we have worked hard to extend and improve our offering. We're delighted with the added value we can now offer our customers as part of their ownership experience."
Customers can choose to take up a 5-year Service Plan any time from purchase of a new vehicle, up to the first service at 12 months (or 15,000km, whichever comes first), extending their peace-of-mind by guarding against future inflation of servicing costs.
In addition to covering all materials associated with regular servicing, customers can be reassured that their Audi will be cared for by expert Audi-trained technicians, using the very latest diagnostic equipment and only Audi Genuine Parts.
The 5-year Service Plan is also transferrable, should the vehicle be sold during the five-year term, adding to vehicle resale value.
The 5-year Service Plan also unlocks extended Audi Roadside Assistance in years four, five and six of ownership, as part of the SIRA (Service Initiated Roadside Assistance) program, whereby every dealer service includes 12 months of complimentary Roadside Assistance.
Both the 3- and 5-year Audi Service Plans are available across the entire Audi range, including S and RS models, delivered from March 1.
